Last semester of Senior year...

I am a horrible blogger! I post things, decide I don't like them, and then I delete them! So here goes for another attempt to get into using my blog!

I am in my last semester of High School! Senior year has been flying by! Just yesterday it seems like was the day that I got the texts book out to just begin. These past months of first semester and beginning of second (and the last) semester have been busy. Full of repetition yet also made exciting with many amazing adventures! Great time spent with family and friends! Many opportunities to serve at church and other places. I am also in preparation to head to South Africa on a missions trip with a group of 10 others from my church! It's been a great learning experience Thus far and cannot wait to see how God shall continues to work through me!

Catching Fireflies... 

One of my favorite things to do in the Summer is to catch fireflies! they are very interesting insects...

Fire-fly [fahy-uh-r-flahy]

Summer Fun begins...

Every summer during summer missions trip my friends and I make lots of friendship bracelets! It is a lot of fun and then we tend to have a pretty full wrist by the end of the trip! Some made by us and some given to us by our friends (who made them)... Well this year I decided to get a heads start...

These are my first two bracelets that I have made! A friendship bracelet and a pop tab bracelet! I had never made a pop tab bracelet before but I really liked how they looked so I youtube a video on how to make it!

It was easy to follow but I did make one change. when making the bracelet make sure you face the sharp sides (bottoms of the tabs) toward each other so that you do not feel the scratchy feeling from the jagged metal.
